Shawnee Environmental Services, Inc. is offering on-line DOE Core testing via approved proctor at your location. You will have 3 opportunities to pass the 100 question exam for the cost of $250. If examinee fails, the examinee can choose whether to take individual Core modules as remedial course prior to taking the next two DOE Core Exams. The examinee would have 3 opportunities to pass the 20 question Core modules for $45 each. If an examinee fails any of the DOE RCT Core or Site Exams (same exam module or Overall exam 3 times), they will not be able to complete their qualification with SES, Inc. until six months has passed the date of failures.

Proctor registration:

The proctor can be a CHP, NRRPT, or Notary Public. For the Notary we need the registration number and its expiration. For the CHP or NRRPT individual, we will need a scanned or faxed copy of their certificate or wallet card. This information is to be emailed from the proctors email address. Once we approve the proctor, the instruction below are for proctoring the DOE Core exam.

The Proctor is to verify the examinee by picture ID. The Proctor will send an email before the test is started and an email when the test is complete with the score noted. The examinee is allowed a chart of nuclides, nonprogramable calculator, and a conversion table from our website https://www.shawneerct.com/manuals/SES%20Full%20Services%20Shawneerct.com.pdf at the "How Site Works" tab. Look under the bookmarks tab in this acrobat reader document. The examinee may take the test at any time with your presence.
